TERMS OF SERVICE FOR MOBILE DETAIL CAR PRO LLC Last Updated: April 22, 2026

1. SERVICES You authorize Mobile Detail Car Pro LLC to perform detailing services at your location.

2. ACCESS TO WATER & ELECTRICITY Customer must provide access to a water spigot and a 120V outlet unless "Waterless service" is selected.

3. DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. Cancellations under 24 hours result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. LIABILITY We are not liable for pre-existing damage (oxidized paint, cracked trim). Customers must remove valuables from the vehicle.

5. PAYMENTS Final payment is due upon completion via Stripe, cash, or card.

6. SMS CONSENT & OPT-OUT By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS appointment reminders and updates from Mobile Detail Car Pro LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

7. AGE RESTRICTION By opting into our SMS service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 are not permitted to use our SMS notification services.

8. CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER Mobile Detail Car Pro LLC and the mobile carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
